My name is Sarah, I'm 62 and while I love sailing and walking I have never been a cyclist, but I just love the Electric Bikes.
Last year I went on holiday in Austria and hired one for the day - and knew immediately that I wanted one... I now have a fleet!
My electric bike has given me freedom! I can cycle uphill to the supermarket and do not have to get my car out. I can cycle to the beach in the height of summer and always find somewhere to park. I also cycle for the pure joy of it - a thing I never thought would happen. As an added bonus I have lost weight and got fitter.
I have really enjoyed finding the quietest, most scenic routes for you to enjoy your holiday experience, and have visited some places I never knew existed even though I have lived here since I was a 'little un'
I am very keen and enthusiastic that you will enjoy the bike and the routes as much as I have, so please give me a ring if you have any queries at all.
Cornwall Electric Bike Tours is based in glorious Padstow on the Camel Estuary. If you collect your hire electric bikes from me here you will have the opportunity to visit a number of exciting places. Padstow is home to Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, deli and fish and chip shop as well as Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and Rojano's which is a family friendly restaurant.
On a warm day there are many hostelries that will happily sell you a Cornish beer to help cool you such as the award winning Tribute from the St Austell brewery or Doom Bar (named after Padstow harbour's famous sand bar) brewed in Rock just over the water.
The Camel Estuary is beautiful and there are many wonderful bays and roads to have a practice ride round - we have a number of short Tours based around Padstow you can enjoy, perhaps before trying a longer Tour and don't forget that our unique Tours are free with your electric bike hire!
